Today pick up your self drive rental car. Commence your drive north to the Sunshine Coast. Following the Bruce Highway past Caboolture, Nambour, Yandina and Eumundi to Noosa. Noosa which is often described as the French Riviere of Australia is a lovely area which offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle with beautiful beaches, restaurants, boutiques and a National Park. of Gympie, Maryborough to Hervey Bay where you will travel by
ferry to
Fraser Island. Fraser Island is a World Heritage listed island
as this unique natural wonder is the largest sand island in
the world. It is one of the world's few unspoilt wilderness
areas left and offers a 120km continuous ocean beach, cliff
faces of spectacular coloured sands, lush rainforests, freshwater
streams, perched dune lakes, massive sandblows and abundant
